Returns & Exchanges
We take great care in designing and producing products that are made to be loved and worn on every adventure. Every item is checked before it leaves us, but if you believe you've received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@toastieexplorer.com as soon as possible.
To help us investigate, please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs showing the fault. We'll review the details and advise on the next steps.
Items confirmed as having a manufacturing fault may be eligible for a refund, replacement, repair, or store credit, depending on the age of the item and the nature of the fault.
Please note that products damaged through normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, washing not in accordance with the care instructions, or general use over time will not be considered faulty.
All returned items claiming a fault will be inspected by our team before a final decision is made.
If you were unable to return your item within our 30-day returns period, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@toastieexplorer.com.
We'll review your request and do our best to find a suitable solution.
Returns can take up to 14 days to reach us and be processed. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll inspect the item(s) and, provided they meet the requirements of our Returns Policy, we'll process your refund, exchange, or store credit request.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please note that processing times may be longer during busy periods, including sales and seasonal peaks.

Step 1: Start your return online
You can access our returns portal here.
Enter the email address you used to place the order and then check your email for a 6 security digit verification code. Enter this into the portal to access your purchases and start a new return.
Select the item(s) you'd like to exchange or return and select the reason.
Step 2: Choose your return option
You'll be presented with a range of convenient return options, including drop-off locations and collection services.
Choose the option that works best for you.
Step 3: Send your parcel
Once you've completed your return request, you'll receive a confirmation email with full instructions.
Simply take your parcel to your chosen drop-off location or wait for collection if you've selected a collection service.
Important Information
Proof of postage
Please keep your proof of postage until you've received confirmation that your return has been processed.
Refund processing times
Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days of your parcel being posted, including bank processing times. Please allow additional time during peak trading periods and sale events.
Exchanges and store credit
We offer free exchanges on all orders. If you choose store credit instead of a refund, you'll receive credit for the value of your order plus an additional 10% bonus. Returns for store credit are free of charge, and a prepaid returns label will be provided.

Shipping FAQs
Yes, we ship worldwide from the UK.
If you are a UK customer and would like your order dispatched Next Working Day Delivery, please order before 11 am and select 'Next Day Delivery' at checkout.
All International orders are sent with our international delivery partner GlobalE. Express delivery takes between 2-5 days and Standard delivery, during peak trading periods, can take up to 14 days. You can select the service at checkout.
* Please note, couriers do not collect nor do they deliver over UK public bank holidays.

UK orders will have the option at checkout to ship using Royal Mail Tracked 24, Amazon Shipping Tracked 48 or DPD Next Day deliveries.
If your order is eligible for free shipping this will ship with Amazon Shipping Tracked 48.
International orders are shipped via Global E and you will have the option to select the Standard or Express service.
If you placed an order for delivery within the UK and need to amend your address after placing an order, please email our Customer Care team at hello@toastieexplorer.com immediately after placing your order.
Provided your order has not yet shipped we will always do our best to ensure this information is updated.
Unfortunately International orders cannot have address modifications made after the order placed. Please contact the Customer Care team and they will assist you hello@toastieexplorer.com.
If you have any issues with your delivery please contact our Customer Care team at hello@toastieexplorer.com and we will work with the courier to resolve the problem.
Your will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped which will include a link to track using the service you provided.

If you need to amend the shipping service that you selected at checkout after an order has been placed, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@toastieexplorer.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request, provided your order has not yet shipped.
Yes. We ship to a range of international destinations through our global checkout partner, Global-e.
Global-e is our trusted international ecommerce partner, helping us provide a localised shopping experience for customers around the world, including local currencies, payment methods and international shipping options.
Prices are displayed in your local currency where available and payment will be processed in the currency shown at checkout.
TÖASTIE automatically detects your location and displays the most appropriate country and currency where possible. If this isn't correct, simply use the country selector in the bottom left-hand corner of the website to choose your preferred delivery destination and currency. Prices, shipping options and any applicable duties and taxes will update automatically.
In most cases, duties and taxes are included in the price shown on our website, so there should be no additional charges to pay when your order arrives. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. In the unlikely event that additional charges apply to your destination, these will be clearly communicated during the checkout process before you place your order.

If an item is out of stock you can register to be notified when it comes back in stock using the 'Out of Stock? Click here' link which is located directly underneath the product size selector. You can register your email to receive back in stock notifications.
Many of our collections are produced in limited quantities, so some styles may not be restocked once they've sold out. We recommend signing up for stock notifications on the product page so you're the first to know if your chosen item becomes available again.
