£3.50 Tracked 48: 2-5 working days via Amazon Shipping Tracked 48

£4.50 Tracked 24: 1-2 working days via Amazon Shipping Tracked 24

Free Standard Shipping over £85: 2-5 working days via Amazon Shipping Tracked 48

£10 Next day delivery via DPD if ordered before 11am Monday to Thursday

£12 Saturday delivery via DPD if ordered before 11am Friday

* We endeavour to ensure all orders placed Monday to Friday, by 11am, will be sent out same day. Please note in exceptionally busy periods there may be a delay. If your order is urgent please contact the team who will escalate it.

International Shipping Rates and time policy

We have partnered with Global E for International shipping and returns. The relevant International shipping charge will display at checkout once you have added your shipping address and the overall price quoted is inclusive of all duties and taxes. 

Shipping rates vary depending on territory, offering both an Express option with DHL (2-3 days) and a Standard Courier (3-10 working days). 

UK Returns and Exchanges

Alongside a regular refund or exchange policy, we now offer store credit against refunds ~ of your order value + 10%. 

UK Customers, please register all returns and exchanges via our online portal where you will be guided through the simple step by step process and issued with a shipping label, the cost of which will be deductible against your refund value (we offer free exchanges).

International Returns and Exchanges

All Customers:

Our returns and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
